Trimagnesium dictate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium with 16% elemental magnesium. To increase the magnesium’s bioavailability and make it easier for your body to absorb, each capsule contains a special blend of barley fibre, papain, alfalfa, and spiruilina. Studies have shown barley fibre improves absorption by making nutrients more soluble. Papain is an enzyme that has a positive effect on the digestive system and improves nutrient absorption. Alfalfa contains, saponins which boost the intestinal flora and aid digestion. Spirulina is an easily-digestible algae which indirectly supports digestion and the body’s ability to absorb nutrients.
