Happy New Year

Making it through 2020 has been an achievement for all of us, a year of challenges, stress and heartbreak for many. My heart goes out to all those who have struggled mentally, financially or lost a loved one.

2020 has been a wake up call for many. We’ve had to adapt to a new way of living, things have been so uncertain we’ve learnt to be more present and live in the now. It’s so important to be mindful of the content we consume, the things we watch/listen to, the things we read and the people we spend time with. It alway helps to keep positive people around us who push us to be the best we can be and it’s so important to do things that make us feel good.

When it comes to working to achieve your goals don’t be too hard on yourself, self care is essential and if your body needs rest, then rest. Slowing down doesn’t mean you won’t get there. Work smart.

Sending lots of love to all of you. It’s beautiful how so many people came together to help and support each other and showed kindness and love to each other. Let’s take whatever we’ve learnt in 2020 and use it to help us get through whatever 2021 may throws at us!
